The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to own our go-to-market efforts across sales and partnerships. This individual will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Syndicate’s developer tooling as foundational infrastructure within the EVM ecosystem. This role will report to the COO and work closely with the co-founders.

You Will:

  • Lead partnership management, including identifying, negotiating, and maintaining strategic partnerships.

  • Own all relationships with ecosystem service providers, and be responsible for sourcing new providers as well as deepening our existing partnerships.

  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, including owning the distribution and closing of all customer agreements.

  • Oversee and optimize our CRM system to ensure effective tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Represent Syndicate at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user adoption and expand market presence.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product team to align growth initiatives with company objectives.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Be extremely active on crypto Twitter and other social platforms like Warpcast to engage with the community and promote our network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a go-to-market leadership role, preferably within the crypto space.

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.

  • Proven track record of driving user adoption and managing successful partnerships.

  • Detailed understanding of blockchain technology, with a particular focus on the EVM ecosystem.

  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CRM systems and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Highly active on crypto Twitter and other social platforms like Warpcast.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
