About Polynomial:
Polynomial Protocol automates financial derivative strategies to deliver passive yield on various assets on the Ethereum blockchain. We are building in decentralized finance space - a more fair, accessible, efficient, and transparent financial system enabled by crypto. By joining us at this early stage, you will make fundamental decisions that will shape the course of Polynomial. We prefer passionate, quick learners with a history of excellence at top companies and/or universities. The team is fully remote but we meet twice a year to work together.
Duties:
Collaborate with founders to build an outstanding community on Discord and Twitter.
This is not a mod role. You will be part of the core team.
Release a regular schedule of research and content including blog posts, research pieces, AMA’s/podcasts, Twitter/Spaces, Discord rooms, Youtube channel, etc
Actively engage with the broader Polynomial user base in community forums to develop a culture of contribution
Help develop and manage Polynomial's overall Twitter strategy and posting.
Requirements:
2+ years in crypto in DeFi or Exchange or Infra.
An interest in DeFi and a general understanding of blockchain technologies
You have a depth of experience managing communities online
Strong affinity for social media and memes
Execution-oriented and self-driven
Project management, time management, and ability to multitask
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Use products onchain regularly
Nice to have:
You've worked on great products in the fintech or security space.
Ideally have an existing personal research/content brand.
Experience in or knowledge of trading, market structure, and derivatives (particularly in crypto).
