Polynomial is a Derivatives Superchain, the only Ethereum L2 with a native liquidity layer for hyper-scaling derivatives.
We offer CEX like experience for everything onchain.
We are Aggregating Liquidity for Superior Orderflow. Hybrid order settlement layer to combine off-chain and on-chain.Tapping into liquidity of CEXs to optimise the DEX performance.
Our Shared Liquidity Network provides native liquidity layer on the rollup where you can stake across multiple protocols.

Polynomial is founded by ex-Citi, InstaDapp, Socket, Headout, Tekion engineers with CS backgrounds.
The team is fully remote but we meet twice a year to work together.

Duties:
Work closely with our head of design and a team of world-class engineers to to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Collaborate with our Marketing team to design high-quality visual assets (gifs, posters, thumbnails) that reflect our brand for multiple channels such as web, mobile apps, social media, etc.
Communicate complex DeFi concepts and tell compelling stories by creating digital deliverables in the form of 3D infographics, icons, illustrations, leaflets, merchandise, etc..
Participate with our design and product team in the planning of content delivery while utilizing and updating existing product design systems and brand guidelines
Stay updated with current trends, principles, and professional standards for branding, layout, typography, color usage, photography, illustration, and design.
Work with the front-end team to expand and maintain our design system
Requirements:
2+ year of UI/UX design experience preferably with technology companies and/or consumer products
A great portfolio with case studies that demonstrate your process
Strong understanding of the principles of design and how to use them effectively and creatively (Color, Typography, Layout and Composition and Hierarchy)
Strong understanding of data visualization and how to display information in a creative and visual context
Proficiency with tools like Figma and it’s plugins.
Attention to visual detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
Nice to have:
Have been a user of crypto for 1+ years and understand the UX problems that litter the space.
You’ve already designed few crypto projects.
Developed and maintained design systems from scratch.
Experience with Spline 3D or cinema 4D.
Motion Design.
