As the Director of Growth, you will work closely with the CEO and COO to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive growth and success for our company. You will play a critical role in helping to make Mona the largest Web3 Metaverse project in the world, and we're looking for a strategic leader who is up to the challenge.

- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
- Create and manage the company's marketing and sales plans, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to set ambitious goals and targets, and develop plans to achieve them quickly
- Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and manage a high-performing growth team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet their objectives
- Work closely with other departments, including product, design, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth plans
- 5+ years of experience in a senior growth or marketing leadership role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue, with experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, growth marketing, Metaverse, data analytics, technology, and working with technical teams
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and proficient with project management tools
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results on time
- Experience working with non-traditional business models and generating creative, efficient revenue models.
