We’re looking for a strategic Senior Account Executive to help accelerate our growth by identifying and closing new strategic accounts. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in shaping Beam’s go-to-market approach.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, solution design, to closing, with fintechs, platforms, and other high-growth businesses
  • Educate potential clients on Beam’s platform and payments infrastructure, mapping our value to their unique pain points and priorities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Ops, and Compliance to deliver compelling solutions and exceptional client experiences
  • Manage pipeline health, forecast revenue, and consistently exceed performance targets
  • Contribute feedback to refine our messaging, positioning, and product roadmap based on real-world client conversations
  • Represent Beam at industry conferences
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy

Signs you are a good fit:

  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in fintech, SaaS, crypto, or payments, ideally working with highly technical or financial buyers
  • You know how to close deals in fast-paced, early-stage environments and are comfortable operating with autonomy
  • You have a track record of exceeding quota and can navigate complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • You’re naturally curious, deeply resourceful, and love digging into a customer’s business to craft tailored solutions
  • You’re highly organized and use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs to manage your pipeline and stay focused
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build new systems rather than follow existing ones
  • You see a problem, and you fix it. You don’t ask others to fix it or wait for someone else to do it.
  • You’re a strong communicator and a team player who brings energy and insight to every conversation
