About the Role

You will support strategic and tactical company initiatives by managing and optimizing company processes across listings, growth, sales, and more. You will join a team immersed at the intersection of crypto, data, capital markets.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with our asset issuer / protocol partners and manage the end-to-end listings process

• Discover and onboard new assets and protocols to the RWA.xyz platform

• Increase listing velocity by establishing and managing processes for identifying, communicating with, and listing new protocols and assets

• Support special projects like the Tokenized Asset Coalition

• Increase revenue by generating and qualifying leads and maintaining CRM accuracy

• Manage content operations, from guest blog post management to distributing content across channels

• Increase partner, customer, and lead engagement by hosting recurring and conference-adjacent and online events

• Synthesize research on developments in tokenization

• Increase the visibility of business health by identifying and collating global KPIs

• Improve operational efficiency by identifying and fixing problems

• Set up AP/AR and oversee bookkeeping

• Assist in financial strategy and budgeting

What You Have

• 3+ years of experience in high-performance business environments within consulting, investment banking, or technology companies

• Prior operating experience at a high-growth startup, or a demonstrated interest in digital assets is a plus

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Strong analytical skills and command of Excel and SQL – or the willingness and ability to learn
